Special texture color could be made by mineral glaze, which could meet top designers and architects’ special needs.
Natural raw materials could make the glaze color last long time, over hundreds years, still looks natural and without discoloration.
Full Choice of Ceramics body production technology
We are the only ceramic factory in China that integrates multiple forming processes, including:
slip casting: main produce 3D products or special shape, mould cost is cheap and production flexible.
dry pressing: output is big, mainly produce flat tiles, mould cost is high.
wet pressing: mainly produce special relief mold, closed to be hand-made tile texture, but output is bigger.
extrusion :mainly produce strip and block products, high output and stable quality, but there are significant limitations in shape.
3D Printing:no need mold, special for simple curved shape in outside.
