Inkjet Printing
Brands: Primarily Italian brands such as System and Tecnoferrari, along with popular China brands.
Function: The inkjet printing machines enhance the surface of the sintered stone, allowing for various textures and finishes, including grip, digital structure, and curving.
Firing Process
Kiln: Jumper or Keda kiln, approximately 300 meters long.
Temperature: Firing degrees exceed 1250°C.
Advantages: The Jumper kiln is known for its bulk output, energy efficiency, and stable quality.
Surface Treatment and Rectification
Equipment: Mainly from Keda, known for providing the best solutions.
Finishes: Various surface treatments can be applied, including matte, semi-polished, soft polished, glossy, and curving.
Packing
The packing process is largely automated, with workers overseeing the robots that complete the packing and labeling of the sintered stones.
